How We Support Them
Activities of Daily Living [ADL]
Promote independence through self-care and home-living skills.
Example: Personal hygiene routines, Simple meal preparation, Basic household chores

Community Living Skills [CLS]
Foster socialization and growth, real-world learning.
Example: Communication exercises, Decision-making activities, Simulated daily situations
These sessions equip individuals with vital skills for independent and connected living.
Community Integration Project [CIP]
Build inclusion by engaging with the wider community.
Example: Educational outings, Participation in community event / local partners
These interactions raise public awareness and create shared experiences that promote acceptance.

Example: Physical and wellness, Art and music sessions and Sensory enrichment activities
